Many people lost their loved ones and others lost their very life!

So I believe it’s important for me to address mental health and suicide prevention.

I personally know how life’s trials can take a toll on the body and mind thank God help is available for everyone that seeks help, these are depressing times we deal with social injustice, discrimination, civil rights , political uprising , hate crimes ,prejudice ,violence and racism.

We have to let the trauma go

So naturally there will be times of depression and anxiety sometimes even thoughts of suicide and trust me I’ve had my share of all of the above! Life can be hard for parents and children especially for those who are working or learning remotely this can create stress, hurt , pain, and worry.
