Stand for the right things

We are the new age pioneers bravely moving the human race forward away from our outdated behaviors and attitudes , we set the standard for the future by opening doors of opportunity to rebuild our society and Improve the quality of the world we all share. There should be a bridge between the divers groups of civilization and future generations to come we owe it to ourselves and to the world.

We have a role to play and it’s important that we share our gifts with one another ; share our story of survival and perseverance! We the people must come together and stand for the right things like equal rights, civil rights, we are free to make the wise decisions and the tough calls when the pressure is on . Sometimes the people who’s job it is to protect and uphold the law are the criminals. But we can’t stand for this type of behavior it’s savage and carnal , Its time to learn to treat each other better. Equal rights for all

“Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.” – Full text of the Equal Rights Amendment, passed by Congress but not yet ratified.

What is the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA)?

The ERA is an amendment to the United States Constitution that would guarantee equal rights to all Americans, regardless of sex. The ERA would provide a fundamental and universal legal remedy against discrimination for both women and men.

Today in the world we name and label everything and everyone and sometimes we label people wrong by what they look like and what the do for a living.

What makes a person good or bad is simply base on the thought and actions person focus their energy on determines what they consider right or wrong. We have the power to change they way things are done by what be believe in and stand up for

! Sometimes the weak are taken advantage of while everyone strong enough to help them fight back watches and does nothing at all to improve the situation ignoring the injustice will not make it go away. Real life super heroes are the people who don’t just stand by they are like you someone meant to be great and protect and support what is right and good for everybody. Thank You to all of the doctors, nurses, emergency service providers, soldiers , police officers who truly believe and work to ensure justice for all. But lets not forget our other super humans the writers, authors , actors, artist, these are the people who stir our souls and feed our imaginations. We are all here to make a difference and help others.

2021 is the year of equal right
The turmoil of the corona-virus pandemic could push the amendment across the finish line after a century of work.

Doing the right things makes you a hero in my eyes follow your heart and share all of the wonderful things that make you come alive and wake up everyday and bless the world with your gifts whatever they maybe.

See yourself as the hero of the story of your life God has given you a role to play so show up and be the best you there could ever be. Y

ou give others hope when they see none share your love with the world give the world a show make them remember you leave a mark for generations to come after us.

This is ironic, to say the least, in our current day and age, when women fill the halls of Congress and hold leadership positions, from Speaker of the House to Vice President of the United States.

It’s been 101 years since the 19th Amendment granted women the right to vote.
It’s been 98 years since the Equal Rights Amendment was first introduced in Congress.
It’s been 49 years since the ERA was passed by Congress.
And it’s been one year since the ERA was ratified by the required 38 states.

But the Equal Rights Amendment still needs to be added to the Constitution.

It Starts at home parents are the first hero’s we ever meet.

Thanks to all of the Mother and fathers who showed up and stood up as an example of good and right thinking for their children .

I know I am Thankful for all of the Mothers and fathers your role is the most important in what the world will be like your children are listening to you and most importantly watching you so show them how to act we can’t just tell people how to live or what to believe but be can show them by the way we live our-lives and how we treat each other as well as how we love ourselves.

Instill in your children the truth they can do and be anything the truly put their minds to and Love them as they are support their individuality and encourage their uniqueness teach them self respect, help them to believe in themselves even when nobody else understands or support your dream don’t give up push forward show your young ones how to survive in a world of confusion and sometimes pain and loss are common. We all play a role in the future we create.

Invest in your child show them how Important they are to God’s plan and how he trusted you with such a great responsibility and special blessing to receive such great children to Love nurture and support until they learn to support themselves show them how to live let them know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made and God lives in and through them he loves them and cares about all that life will send their way. Teach them happiness show them love and respect encourage them to pursue greatness in life. Teach them to be the light and to encourage themselves and each other show them how to handle problems maturely ; lead by example to show them how to thrive.

Teach them to pay more attention to what people do than to what they say actions speak louder than words ever will. You install right thinking and problem solving skills in your family as it grows. teach them about their rights and to respect the rights of others also.

Love your enemy

There is a invisible war going on in the spirit world , we wrestle not with flesh and blood but with the powers and principles of evil that exalt itself against the will of God ! What is the will of God some may ask and argue about what they think God’s will is for mankind It’s no big secret and it is simple enough that we did it naturally when were babies no one taught us how to properly live . We were conceived , born, and created for one purpose doing this one thing we fulfill the whole will of God for our lives!

Over the pass 3 years all over the world billions of people have lost their lives and love ones to Covid-19 some never got the chance to say goodbye others died alone in the presence of strangers, they had no visitors and were quarantined from the rest of the world they once belonged to ,they now they leave us behind to go to a better place where they continue to exist and live forever in the hearts and memories of Us all ! We must not let death stop us from doing this one simple thing that will change everything will get us through these tough times.

Yes lately violence and hatred continue to grow and lust and selfishness is completely out of control and there is one thing that can fix our broken world and heal some of these scars and war wounds we have received from our parts in this spiritual war for our souls and the souls of our fellow men women and children to honor the memories of those who passed away and to rebuild a better future for Ourselves we must except that the WILL of God is that we love one another and even learn to love our enemies. God ONLY WANTS US TO LOVE AND RESPECT OURSELVES AND EACH OTHER.

Homeless Prevention

We all know about the struggles the pandemic has created hardships we must endure for generations to come! I am fully aware how things can get out of control and everything you have is uncertain these days . One of the biggest problems in the world today is homelessness and foreclosure are on the rise due to Covid-19 and job loss but fear not there are helpful options available to assist with shelter and home retention.

Assistance from Virginia homeless prevention program.

Agencies in Virginia provide financial aid to pay housing costs, such as rent, as well as other services in an effort to prevent homelessness.

The non-profit organizations listed below partner with the Department of Housing and Community Development in an effort to assist as many low income and struggling families as possible.

Participants can receive everything from emergency cash grants to referrals and legal support. As expanded upon below, there are several components of the state’s Homeless Prevention Program.

The goal of the non-profit and government agencies that participate in HPP is to stabilize the family and offer short term, emergency financial assistance to pay for their costs while that occurs. It is often combined with applications to government benefits and referrals to other local resources.

The program can help both tenants and homeowners in the state. Any financial support will need to be utilized as a last resort by the resident.Tenants can get help.
There may be grants issued to pay for back rent, overdue utility bills, or other expenses. Counselors work with the client to try to keep them housed. The homeless may qualify for rehousing.

This will be funds to pay a portion of their moving costs or a security deposit. In some cases, and application fee may be covered too. These expenses must be reasonable, including the price of a truck rental.

Homeowners may qualify for very limited mortgage payment assistance in some cases. While the intent is to prevent a foreclosure, this is not always available though due to funding levels.

There are also several other resources that offer mortgage assistance.
All funds will be paid directly to the participant’s landlord, creditor or mortgage lender.

While the organizations in Virginia will try to provide cash assistance to the client, in some cases a loan may be issued for certain bills or rent payments. This is slightly more likely if and when the resources available are depleted.

Any type of aid paid out is needs based, which means it will only be enough to stop the eviction from occurring. So the loan or other firm of support issued is intended to stabilize the situation.

Other homeless prevention assistance is offered as well. This will mostly involve services such as free legal aid or representation. This can help a tenant, or a homeowner, understand their rights. Some pro-Bono law firms in Virginia also offer free counseling or landlord / tenant mediation services. If more assistance is needed, the applicant must also be working with a HUD certified housing counselor in order to obtain a modification to their loan. The free mediation and legal services can often help people stay in their homes and can be an effective tool for preventing homelessness.

The rehousing services in Virginia will only be offered for apartments or homes that are considered rent reasonable by HUD. So the HPP – Homeless Prevention Program will not help with an overpriced home. If qualified, there may be assistance to pay for the application fee, security deposit on the new apartment, and/or first month’s rent. In some cases, a deposit or connection fee for the electric service will be paid out too.

Case management is available for all participants. In fact, it is often required in most cases. The focus is on ensuring a future eviction doesn’t occur and ending the cycle of homelessness. Counseling, job training, credit repair, and referrals to low income, permanent housing is offered.
